It's time for your first day as the Supervising Hero Response Manager at Superhero Incorporated, the largest collection of super heroes on the US West Coast. It's a big step up from your last job managing a team of five up-and-comers out of Chicago to supervising a nearly a hundred teams. 

Your priority, of course, is choosing which of the 12 big league heroes to have Shadow teleport to high crisis events.
